Amidst the continued strong global growth in alcohol-free beer, KASPAR SCHULZ is presenting its latest product innovation at BrauBeviale 2024 - the SCHULZ Wizard. This dealcoholization system, already proven in practical use, enables the batchwise production of alcohol-free beer of the highest quality through vacuum-based alcohol evaporation in a recirculation process. The production of 20 hectoliters of alcohol-free beer is possible in less than 12 hours. With two evaporation units, the system’s throughput can reach 20 hectoliters per hour, enabling efficient and gentle alcohol removal. Additionally, the SCHULZ Wizard features a heat maintenance section of a conventional flash pasteurizer plant. A complementary carbonation and blending unit makes the system an economically attractive multi-purpose solution.
