Realignment at KASPAR SCHULZ

In recent years, Johannes Schulz-Hess focused on a multi-brand strategy within the SCHULZ brand family. However, the dynamic market environment and the transformation of individual companies have now led him to make adjustments in the company’s direction. After Künzel Maschinenbau GmbH and the plant manufacturer Esau & Hueber GmbH are no longer part of the SCHULZ brand family, he now intends to focus on the core brand KASPAR SCHULZ, which has stood for quality, innovation, and reliability for generations. “This step is not only a return to our roots but also a deliberate decision to focus our resources and energy on the core of KASPAR SCHULZ,” emphasizes Schulz-Hess.

In this context, the owner of the Bamberg-based family business also expresses his gratitude to Kai Neubauer, who will leave the company at the end of the year. Since October 2022, Neubauer has managed the operational business of KASPAR SCHULZ as an externally appointed managing director. “Mr. Neubauer has played a special role for me over the past two years. His great commitment and tireless efforts have enabled me to focus on the realignment of various companies and set important courses for the future. His support allowed me the freedom to advance strategically significant and lengthy processes,” says Johannes Schulz-Hess, owner and managing director of KASPAR SCHULZ Brauereimaschinen & Apparatebauanstalt GmbH.

The family business, now in its 10th generation, looks forward to the future with renewed strength and has set the further development of the KASPAR SCHULZ core brand as its central goal. “I am excited to continue this journey with a motivated team and a clear focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction,” concludes Schulz-Hess.
